Join us in a group environment to learn about and practice meditation and mindfulness. This program is meant to provide a deep experience in meditation using practices like breath awareness, progressive muscle relaxation and mindfulness techniques. Meditating in this group will inspire your at-home practice, giving you tools for successful, consistent meditations.
Mindfulness techniques are used to deepen meditation as well as to stay present and calm in your daily life. Whether you are working, driving or socializing, mindfulness techniques offer you a way to be fully present, moment by moment, while being in a state of acceptance and openness.
Meditations during this class will be partially guided and partially silent. Expect at-home assignments, with suggestions to lengthen your home practice over the six weeks.
Everyone is invited to this class, whether you are looking for a way to relieve stress, be more calm and present throughout your day, or connect to your spiritual nature. Also expect to learn about your energy field and how it relates to the quality of your inner and outer life.
